Victoria Anne Tropper was 21 years old, a senior Psychology major at Monmouth University, and the kind of person the world simply doesn't have enough of. She was a dreamer with big plans — she wanted to go to medical school, to help people, to make a difference. She had a laugh that was contagious, a heart that was boundless, and a way of making every single person around her feel seen, loved, and better.
On September 12, 2013, Victoria was taken from us far too soon. But her light — the warmth she left behind in every life she touched — has never gone out.

From Grief, a Mission
In the days after Victoria's passing, her mother made a promise: Victoria would not die in vain. From that promise, Victoria's Wings was born — a charity founded in her honor, dedicated to carrying her spirit forward through acts of generosity, compassion, and hope.
What followed was nothing short of extraordinary. Through the love and generosity of a community that adored Victoria, Victoria's Wings has raised over $200,000, distributing funds to multiple organizations and causes that reflect the kindness and care she embodied in her life.
Every dollar raised is a tribute to her. Every cause supported is a continuation of the dream she never got to finish.
The Victoria Tropper Memorial Scholarship
At Monmouth University — where Victoria studied, laughed, dreamed, and belonged — her name lives on in the halls and classrooms she once walked.
The Victoria Tropper Memorial Scholarship awards four scholarships each year to students who have the drive and the heart to pursue their education, but lack the financial means to do so. It is Victoria's way of continuing to open doors — because she would have wanted nothing more than to see others rise.
Recipients of this scholarship carry more than financial support. They carry her name, her story, and the reminder that someone who never met them believed in them.
